A specially developed VOC free water-based primer for high bond strength to various substrates which include and are not limited to galvanized steel, aluminium, wood, PVC, canvas and cloths. Rugged Primer Plus can be used on solid substrates as well as flexible substrates.
PERFORMANCE & USE: Rugged Primer Plus should be used as the primary coat for your intended use, we suggest 1-2 coats for black and 2 coats for white.
